Would You Rather for teams, classes, and friends
For a work meeting, choose a light pair that does not ask people to reveal private information. Give everyone five seconds to pick, then invite one person from each side to explain. A group of 30 can vote by show of hands, or use the live room above so everyone answers at once.
In a classroom, let students point to A or B, move to opposite sides of the room, or write one sentence explaining their choice. For friends, start with silly choices and follow the most interesting answer into a story. Let anyone pass without explaining.
Three easy hosting variations
- Quick opener: One question, a five-second vote, and two short explanations. About two minutes.
- Find common ground: Ask people on each side to name one reason they understand the other choice.
- Persuade me: Give each side 30 seconds to make a friendly case, then allow a second vote.
Make it a good round
Choose options with no obviously correct answer. The follow-up “why?” makes the game useful.
